Låsta Säteri
The grounds surrounding Låsta have been inhabited all the way dating back to 3-400 .ac
The Mansion was built in the early sixteen hundreds.
In 1662 it acquired the name/status of Säteri, which means it is the main farm in the area. The estate was huge until the until the late eighteen hundreds, with over 800 ha.
Queen Kristina (1626-1689) was often in or around Strängnäs. Låsta Säteri is also called Queen Kristinas hunting castle since she used to live there when she was hunting in the area.
In the present 12 ha of Låsta there are plenty of pre historic graves and living spaces.
